How we protect the systems we build and the information you share with us.
Security is part of the first increment.
We build logging, audit trails, access controls, and security checks into the first release, not a hardening phase at the end. Our delivery follows NIST SP 800-53 controls where federal programs require them, and our teams have performed independent security assessments for federal systems.

We design this website, and the systems we deliver, to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. That includes keyboard access, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, descriptive alternative text, and support for reduced motion.

What we collect, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
- Contact and teaming forms: your name, work email, organization, and message, so we can reply.
- Job applications: your contact details, resume, profile link, work authorization, clearance status, and anything you add, so we can evaluate your application.
- Newsletter: your email address and, if you add it, your first name, so we can send KollabNotes once a month.
How we handle it
We use what you send only for the purpose you sent it. We don't sell it or share it for advertising. Form submissions are processed and stored by third-party software we use to run this site, answer inquiries, and send KollabNotes. We don't add you to KollabNotes unless you subscribe. We keep job applications for the period federal contractor record-keeping rules require.
Analytics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and forms are used. It sets cookies in your browser and doesn't identify you to us by name. If you decline, analytics doesn't load. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser.
